1.1 Definitions and Interpretations

Personal Privacy Information:

Information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual, including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, ID card number, and geolocation data.

Local Large Model Service:

AI chat functionality that runs locally on your device, without the need to upload data to our servers.

Online Services:

AI chat, image generation, and image editing functions that require temporary transmission of relevant operation data to our servers (Note: Such transmission does not include Personal Privacy Information).

1.2 Data Collection and Usage (Core Statement: No Collection of Personal Privacy Information)

1.2.1 Local Function Data (No Uploads Whatsoever)

When you use the Local Large Model Chat function, all data (such as input text, chat history, preference settings, etc.) is only stored locally on your device. We will not collect or upload such data in any form, nor will we be able to access Personal Privacy Information on your device (e.g., contact list, original album files, location information, etc.).

During the operation of the local model, temporary operation logs (used to resolve issues such as function freezes or crashes) are generated only within your device. These logs do not contain any personally identifiable information and will be automatically deleted when you close the App or clear your device cache.

1.2.2 Online Function Data (Temporary Transmission of Non-Private Data Only)

When you use Text-to-Image, Image-to-Image, or Image Editing functions, only three types of non-private data ("text prompts, image processing parameters, and generated result previews") are temporarily transmitted to our servers to complete computing and processing. Original image files remain stored locally on your device at all times and will not be uploaded to any server.

The aforementioned temporarily transmitted data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after the generated results are sent back to your device, and will not be retained or used for any other purposes. Our servers only record non-personally identifiable data such as "function call frequency, device OS version, and service response time" to monitor service stability and optimize function performance. Such data cannot be linked to individual identities.

1.3 Data Storage and Protection (No Personal Privacy Risks Throughout the Process)

All data related to your use (including locally stored data and temporarily transmitted online data) does not contain Personal Privacy Information. You have full control over local data, which can be directly deleted through your device settings—we cannot access or interfere with it.

Online data transmission adopts end-to-end encryption technology (e.g., AES-256 encryption) to prevent interception during transmission. Servers only retain non-personally identifiable technical data, which is protected by measures such as physical isolation and strict access control to eliminate data leakage risks.

1.4 Data Sharing and Disclosure (No Personal Information Available for Sharing)

Since we do not collect any Personal Privacy Information, there is no scenario of "sharing personal information". We may share non-personally identifiable technical data only under the following extremely special circumstances:

When cooperating with third parties that provide server technical support, we share purely technical information such as "function call frequency and server load data". Such third parties must sign a confidentiality agreement and shall not use the data for purposes beyond the scope of the agreement;
In accordance with laws, regulations, or requirements of competent authorities, we may disclose non-personally identifiable data related to service compliance (e.g., overall service usage volume). However, such disclosure will not involve any Personal Privacy Information.

1.5 User Rights (No Need to Worry About Privacy Leakage)

You do not need to perform operations such as "inquiring/correcting personal information" or "canceling accounts" to protect your privacy, as we never collect Personal Privacy Information from the very beginning. If you need to clear usage traces, you can directly delete the App's local data (e.g., chat history, generated images, etc.) on your device.

You may disable the App's "storage permission" or "network permission" in your device settings at any time (disabling network permission will prevent you from using online functions). Disabling these permissions will not affect your personal privacy security, but may restrict the use of some functions.
